Pickwick, Protruding Platforms, & Phantoms

How do you hang 75' above the water and install 8 Executive Powered Screens? Very carefully! The problem: we needed a wide and stable platform on which to work, but traditional scaffolding could not be erected due to the steepness of the escarpment. The solution: an easy to disassemble-and-move cantilevered scaffold. This project took only four days to complete. The first day was devoted entirely to moving materials up to the 2nd floor!  One thing's for sure, though:
